The information and tools provided through our Service are offered for personal, non-commercial use to help players search and explore Riftbound card information.

Our Service is not intended for use where it would violate local law. If you access our Service from outside your home jurisdiction, you do so on your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws where they apply.

Our Service is provided for general informational purposes. We do not provide professional, legal, or financial advice. Card text, rules, and related data may contain errors or lag behind official publications.

HexDeck does not require an account. We do not offer registration, subscriptions, or paid features through our Service.

Our property: We own or license the intellectual property in our Service, including site design, software, code, databases (excluding third-party game assets), text, layout, and our branding (collectively, "our Content"), except where noted below.

Our Content is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our Service for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

Game materials: Card names, images, rules text, logos, and other game materials displayed on our Service are owned by their respective rights holders. You may not copy, scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit game assets or our Content except as allowed by these Terms or applicable law.

• You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, content, policies, or practices. Accessing third-party resources is at your own risk.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to:

• Take appropriate action against conduct we believe violates these Terms or the law, including restricting or blocking access.
• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our Service at any time.
• Correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in our Service.

Because we do not offer accounts, termination means your right to access our Service ends.

We may change, update, or remove content or features at any time without notice. We are not obligated to maintain or update any particular data, including card information. We are not liable for modification, suspension, or discontinuation of our Service.

These Terms and your use of our Service are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction require otherwise.

Informal resolution: Before filing a claim, you agree to contact hexdeck.support@gmail.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.

Binding arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising out of these Terms or our Service shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except that either party may bring qualifying claims in small claims court. Arbitration will take place in California, United States, unless otherwise required by law.

Class action waiver: To the extent permitted by law, disputes must be brought only in an individual capacity, not as a class, consolidated, or representative action.

Card data, search results, images, and other information on our Service may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. Official game materials published by Riot Games control in the event of conflict.

Our Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Your use of our Service is at your sole risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or accurate, or that search results will be complete or up to date.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HexDeck and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of our Service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or our Service will not exceed the greater of (a) US $100 or (b) the amount you paid us in the six (6) months before the claim, which for a free service is typically $0.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless HexDeck and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of our Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or any information you submit through our Service to the extent it causes harm to a third party.

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding our Service. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms; we may assign ours. We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control.

We may update these Terms and will post changes here with an updated "Last updated" date.

Our Service is not directed to children under 13. If you are a minor where you live (often under 18), you may use our Service only with permission and supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
